My background includes leading high-volume restaurant operations at Chick-fil-A®, where I developed expertise in service flow optimization, leadership development, and hospitality excellence. Through Operator Solutions Hub (OSH), I work directly with Chick-fil-A® Operators to refine systems, improve operational performance, and increase profitability.
